Ultrasound therapy is a noninvasive treatment in which sound waves are used to penetrate soft tissues, increasing blood flow. This can help relieve pain, improve circulation, and promote tissue healing. Ideal for soft tissue injuries that have a naturally poor blood supply and would otherwise take a long time to heal such as plants fascities and ligament injuries.

Acupuncture, also know as Dry needling is an ancient therapy used to treat Chronic pain. Small thin needles are inserted into the skin to encourage muscle release. Often used to help relieve Migraines, nausea, back pain, neck pain, joint pain and much more. If you are wondering if this hurts- most of our clients report not even feeling the needles!
